FutureFirst SA Announces Appointment of Interim Executive Director
SAN ANTONIO, TX – FutureFirst SA, a nonpartisan public policy think tank established by San Antonio businessman and former Texas Secretary of State Rolando Pablos, dedicated to pioneering innovative policy solutions for San Antonio government, is excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Steve Elmore as Interim Executive Director. Dr. Elmore, a seasoned technology and organizational leader, will help FutureFirst SA build key capabilities to deliver impactful public policy initiatives for San Antonio.
Dr. Elmore has worked with the world’s largest public and private institutions, developing cutting edge technology solutions to further organizational collaboration and effectiveness, and is a frequent conference speaker. Dr. Elmore was an Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University and Colorado Technical University, an advisor at the University of Houston, and is an alumnus of the Learning Innovation Laboratory at Harvard. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational and Leadership Ethics and has been published in the Journal of Leadership Studies. Dr. Elmore is a USAF veteran and served during Desert Storm.
In his role, Dr. Elmore will manage the organization’s ongoing activities and initiatives and work to engage experts and members of the San Antonio community to identify pertinent topics for FutureFirst SA’s researchers to develop data-focused policy analysis and recommendations for the future of the Alamo City.
